Our compact double stage mud brick making machine is composed of mixing part,extruding part,and vacuum system.The above mixing stage is to add and mix raw material;the lower stage is for conveying, squeezing,extruding. The two stage using same one motor to work, such extruder is called Compact double stage vacuum extruder. To ensure the extruder working properly, the raw material must be sent to extruder’s mixing part continuously and evenly.If raw material is sent too much at one time, the vacuum chamber may be blocked.
The theory of vacuum extruder is ,once soil is sent to vacuum chamber,the air in the soil will be escaped at low pressure,using vacuum pump to absorb air into Atmosphere.Degassed soil would be collected and extruded again, then coming out from extruder mouth.The vacuum pump takes air and moisture out of soil, so the soil brick is with better shape and compact.
